Yoga Rasa is founded by Tala Rubiana to maintain equanimity freedom from having a boss. To continue the systematic yoga teaching method passed on to her by her teachers through the teachings of late Mr. Bks Iyengar. To build a community of mature Iyengar yoga practioners and see that yoga discipline continues to bring lightness of the feet, ,contentment of the heart, glow of the eyes and to keep a youthful looking skin.To see a big population of beautifully toned bodys, mindful, graceful and injury free yoga practioners.Yoga Rasa yoga studio is also place to learn proper nutrition.A space that has no need of airconditioning. It has natural light all around and well ventilated space for everyone to enjoy. Uses only natural, biodegradable and environmentally friendly products.

At Nataraj Studio we offer daily classes in a wide variety of yoga styles for students of all levels of experience. We also offer pilates, meditation, private yoga classes and yoga therapy.
